A subsequent action planning session gives your team a focused list of actions to achieve your business goals. 3-week program. 

EvoVie facilitates focus groups with your teams to capture candid feedback on what’s working and what’s not, while gathering a list of desired actions items via a Start, Stop, Continue framework. Focus Group lists are consolidated and vetted with leadership to land on an action plan for the team. 2-week program

EvoVie facilitates a session with the team to check in on progress, troubleshoot any areas that are stuck, and determine any updates to the action plan. 1-week program (only available as an add-on to one of the planning workshops).
